B-429 component and liner change
B-429 component and liner change
Dear Brady Customer,
Brady has been informed that a key component used for Brady’s B-429 white tamper evident polyolefin has been made obsolete by our supplier and will be replaced with an improved component and liner.
The new tamper evident material has been extensively tested in production, die cutting, lab testing and printer testing. Test results show no differences in performance between the current and the new material and has passed the performance requirements listed on the current technical data sheet. The new material will have a slightly brighter white visual appearance and will have a thicker liner.
Based on historical usage, we expect our transition will occur in 3-6 months. The B-nr, UL approval and article numbers will not change. Samples are available upon request.
We are committed to a successful transition, while providing you the best possible products. Should you have any further questions, please contact your supplier of Brady materials.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Brady.
