Liner change geeft problemen?

In juli 2015 kondigde Brady de volgende Liner change aan:

Dear Brady Customer,
Brady is continuously working with our suppliers to improve our
materials. As part of this effort, we will be changing the liner
on B430, B428, B486, B432 & B422.
This new liner is already successfully being used on over twenty
other Brady B# materials (e.g. B423, B483, …) and will complete
the overall transition to this new standard liner.
We have extensively tested the new liner in production, die cutting,
lab testing and printer testing. Test results show no changes in
performance. This will be a running transition that is expected
to occur within the coming months. For this liner change, we will
not be changing the top coat, face sheetand adhesive. This change
does not impact UL ratings or other certifications.
Finally, the Technical Data Sheets and the B# will not be changing
either. We are committed to a successful transition, while providing
you the best possible products. Should you have any further
questions, please contact your supplier of Brady materials.

Nu blijken er toch klachten binnen te komen, met name op B422 en B434. De omschrijving van de klachten is met name kleven aan het druklint, ofwel de labels blijven kleven aan de inktrol.

Wij hebben recent een klacht op PTPSL-20-422 genoteerd.

Wanneer u deze of andere problemen ondervindt, graag een reactie op
dit bericht, zodat wij dit kunnen aankaarten bij Brady om ervoor te
zorgen dat de problemen zo snel mogelijk worden opgelost.
